Kon Kast has been a major supplier of concrete barriers for our B.C. highways for many years however we also have a complete line of curbs and barriers for commercial and residential projects.
Concrete Barriers for Roads and Highways
We manufacture the barriers with the 457 mm, 690 mm, and 810 mm standard heights along with the special pieces that make up the various systems. These include the bullnoses, various transitions, drainage barriers, pier barriers, and bridge parapets. All models supplied will meet the BC Standard Specifications for Highway Construction.
Barriers for Commercial & Residential Projects
The following is a list of the smaller types of curbs and barriers we are able to manufacture:
- 100 mm (4”) high “L” shape lawn curb
- 200 mm (8”) high “L” shape border curb
- 140 mm (5 ½”) high parking stall curb
- 180 mm (7”) high parking stall curb
- 305 mm (12”) high interlocking barriers
- 305 mm (12”) high slant end curbs
- 90 degree interlocking corner for our 457 mm barriers
Most styles may be manufactured or modified with drain voids, sleeves, etc. to suit the particular application. Please contact us for further information.
